Choosing the right care is a significant decision. Here are honest answers
to the concerns many patients have before their first visit.
Your initial consultation is provided at no cost. It includes a screening evaluation to determine whether you may be a good candidate for care in our office.
If further evaluation is appropriate, we will explain any recommended examination and diagnostic testing before anything is performed — nothing happens without your understanding and approval.
If you choose to proceed, we will complete the recommended examination and testing. After reviewing your findings, if we believe we can help, we will present a personalized care plan at your Report of Findings that includes our recommendations, the expected duration of care, and the complete financial investment — with no surprises.
Corrective care is more comprehensive than occasional symptom-relief visits. It's a personalized plan built around your condition, your goals, and what it will actually take to create lasting change — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Why the investment matters: spinal problems like these rarely resolve on their own. Left unaddressed, they tend to compound — more pain, more compensation, fewer options, and often a larger cost down the road. Our goal is to give you a clear understanding of what is actually causing your problem, whether we can help, and what it will reasonably take to create meaningful, lasting improvement — while providing you with exceptional care and service throughout the process.
All fees are reviewed and agreed upon in advance. Nothing is performed without your understanding and approval, and flexible payment options through CareCredit are available for most care plans.
World Class Chiropractic is out of network with all insurance companies by design.
This allows us to make recommendations based on your examination, imaging, health goals, and what we believe is clinically appropriate — not on an insurance company's visit limits, covered services, or restrictions.
Some patients have out-of-network benefits and may receive reimbursement directly from their insurance company. Benefits vary by plan and reimbursement cannot be guaranteed, but many patients find it worth checking — a quick call to your insurer asking about "out-of-network chiropractic benefits" is usually enough to find out. We can provide the documentation (a superbill) you'd need to submit a claim.
Chiropractic care is generally considered a safe, non-invasive form of healthcare when it is provided by a licensed chiropractor and appropriately matched to the individual patient. No healthcare procedure is completely without risk, which is why we never use a one-size-fits-all approach.
At World Class Chiropractic, safety begins before we ever adjust you. We carefully review your health history, perform a thorough examination, use digital X-rays when clinically appropriate, and determine whether chiropractic care is suitable for your specific condition.
Your adjustments are adapted to your age, health, spinal condition, examination findings, and comfort. If an adjustment is not appropriate, we will modify our approach, postpone care, request medical clearance, or refer you to another provider.
We are deeply committed to the artistry and craft of the chiropractic adjustment. Our doctors continually train, refine their techniques, and improve their skills so each adjustment can be delivered with greater precision, control, gentleness, and purpose.
Our adjustments are performed with ease—never forced or forceful. The goal is a precise, comfortable, confidence-inspiring experience that is personalized to you, never rushed and never based on guesswork.
Every care program is fully customized to your case. After correction is achieved, many patients transition to wellness care to maintain their results. Your personalized timeline and visit schedule will be outlined clearly at your Report of Findings.
Yes — and this is a key part of what makes our results different. Every patient receives a personalized home exercise program specific to their spinal correction needs. These exercises reinforce the structural changes being made in the office. Patients who do their home exercises consistently get significantly better results
Usually not. Your first visit is focused on understanding your concerns, reviewing your health history, performing a thorough examination, and taking digital X-rays when clinically appropriate.
We are not a walk-in, symptom-only office. Before adjusting you, we want to understand what is happening, why it is happening, and whether an adjustment is appropriate and safe for you.
We do not guess, rush, or use a one-size-fits-all approach. Your doctor will first review your findings and determine the best next step. If chiropractic care is not the right fit, or you need something different from what we provide, we will be honest with you and point you in the right direction.
Most chiropractic care is focused on pain management — see you when it hurts, adjust, send you home. World Class Chiropractic combines the most proven techniques to achieve structural correction and long lasting results. X-rays guide the correction plan, progress is measured objectively throughout care, and wellness is the long-term goal — not just getting out of pain.
We will tell you honestly.
If we do not believe you are a good candidate for our care, we will explain why, and whenever possible, help point you toward a more appropriate provider or next step.
Our goal is not to make every person fit our model. It is to determine whether we are the right fit for you and whether we can genuinely help.
Life happens — we completely understand. Please call or text us at 410-461-3435 at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your time to another patient. We'll get you rebooked as quickly as possible.
